These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bad88 ("bad88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bad88 online gaming and sports betting platform, available at bad88.club and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, accepting a promotional offer, or placing a bet on bad88, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with English-language legal standards. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail.

Access to and use of the bad88 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Accounts that fail to complete required verification steps within a reasonable time may have their withdrawal and deposit functions suspended until verification is completed.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Decisions regarding account closure and fund forfeiture resulting from confirmed prohibited conduct are final.

Voluntary Closure: A player may request permanent closure of their bad88 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed, and the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided that all wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. Permanent Closure by bad88: Following investigation, bad88 may permanently close an account where prohibited conduct is confirmed. In cases of fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or serious bonus abuse, any funds held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. bad88's determination in such matters is final.

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by bad88 — the player's obligation to comply with these Terms in respect of any outstanding matter (including any outstanding dispute or investigation) survives the closure. Players who disagree with a closure decision may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notification.
